SCHOOLS & DEPARTMENTS

Departments

Four specialised schools deliver the University's academic and coaching programmes — each built for a distinct and fast-growing profession within the sports ecosystem.

Department of Sports Science

Sports Science is a largely untapped domain in Indian academia, and the country has a massive need for sports science professionals. The School of Sports Sciences aims to promote innovation and provide the technical support required by budding and high-potential athletes.

The course offers a practical, scientific approach — focusing on the assessment and monitoring of athlete performance and on scientific interventions to enhance it. The curriculum is structured to foster innovative learning, professional competency and aptitude, and is designed to maximise career opportunities, with a vision to develop an internationally recognised curriculum in collaboration with global institutes and experts.
